My Proposal to Ban Ghost Guns and a Standard Regulation
I made a pseudo-proposal called the Controversial Weapons Act of 2019. This bill outlines the banning of all Ghost Guns in distribution, etc. There are two processes that can help achieve this outcome. Having the bill pass in the Washington State Senate is the first process. The second process is combining mental health check ups with the preexisting SB 5444/ HB 1387, which is about increased background checks.
